Yes. Planning runs on video calls scheduled for your evening, every decision is confirmed in writing by email, and the studio is in Panaji for everything that has to happen on the ground.

We walk the venue on a video call (the lawn, the ballroom, the beach access, the rooms) and follow up with photographs, floor plans and the venue’s current rates by email. When you do fly in, the shortlist is compressed into one or two days of visits, so a single trip can settle the venue, the menu tasting and the design direction.

Plan on one. Design reviews, vendor decisions and guest logistics can all run over video calls and written approvals, so the trip is for seeing the shortlisted venues and the tasting.

Against a written payment schedule you approve before anything is booked. Who pays whom, and when, is set out in your proposal, and you see every quote before it is signed. Ask for that schedule from any planner before you pay an advance.

Yes — room blocks at the venue or nearby, airport pickups from both Goa airports, and a wedding-week schedule shared with every guest. Goa has two airports: Dabolim in the south and Mopa in the north, and which one your guests should fly into depends on where your venue is. We tell you before anyone books a ticket.

The celebration and the legal marriage are separate questions.
