Every wedding is drawn before it is priced. You see plans and elevations of your own ceremony, not a mood board of somebody else's, and a change to the mandap is a change to the drawing before it is a change on site.

What kind of studio is The Goa Wedding Co.?
The Goa Wedding Co. is a wedding planning and design studio at Altinho, Panaji, working only in Goa. It draws each wedding to scale before anything is ordered, has the decor built to those drawings rather than taken from a rental catalogue, and charges a flat planning fee of ₹5–25 lakh+, never a percentage. Many wedding companies work as brokers. They take your brief, ring three decorators and a florist, add a margin, and manage the calendar. That is a real service. It is not the same as designing the wedding.
Built to the drawing
The build follows the drawings, and it is quoted line by line before anything is made: materials, fabrication, crew, install and strike. A set made for your wedding is made once, for that site.
Run from Panaji
The studio is in Goa, so the questions that decide a Goa wedding are local ones: which panchayat governs which beach, which road floods, what a venue's kitchen can cook for four hundred. They are answered by asking in person, not from a hotel room four days before.
Why it matters more in Goa than anywhere else
A Goa wedding has more moving parts than one at home, and almost all of them are local: what the panchayat allows on that beach, when the sound has to stop, which month the outdoor set-up survives, how long the drive is from the airport on a December Saturday.
A planner who flies in four days early cannot know those things and has to ask the venue — which means you get the venue's answer, not an independent one. That is the difference this studio is built around.

Questions about how we work
Do you design the wedding yourselves or hire a decorator?
We design it. Your wedding is drawn to scale before anything is ordered, the way an architect would draw it, and the mandap, backdrops, tables and lighting plan are then built to those drawings. The quote shows what is made for you and what is hired in.
Is your decor rented?
The design is not taken from a rental catalogue. Each set is made for the wedding it was designed for, so two weddings at the same Goa venue need not look alike. Chairs, generators and similar items are hired, and the quote lists them.
Who is actually on site on the day?
A named planner from the Goa studio runs the day. Your written proposal lists everyone who will be on site and what each person is responsible for, so you know before the wedding who to turn to.
Do you work with other cities?
No. This studio is Goa only. That is the entire point of it — the team lives here, works here, and knows the venues, the panchayats and the roads because they use them every week.
